Walt Disney World Resort

The Most Magical Place

Disney World Planning (But Make It Feel Easy)

A Disney travel advisor who notices the little things—so you don’t have to.

Walt Disney World is my happy place.

I visit weekly and I always experience something new and magical.

Walt Disney World has four main parks but there is so much more to see and experience.

As you have probably noticed, I am very passionate about Walt Disney World and love to talk about it.

🌴My Disney Past

On the hill at the Polynesian Resort, Maggie and Dave got married. We are looking at my bridal bouquet and The Grand Floridian is in the background.

My love for Walt Disney World started early.

My first trip was in 1975—
I was three years old.

We always stayed at the Contemporary Resort (the toaster).
And later, we were some of the first to stay at the Grand Floridian.

In college, I worked at Hollywood Studios—
a hostess at the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant.
(And yes… they’re still wearing the same uniforms.)

I was married at the Polynesian—
on the hill overlooking Cinderella’s Castle and the Grand Floridian.

Then I raised my children there.

When they were little, they didn’t always love going—
which still makes me laugh.

And now?

I go every week.

Disney isn’t just a place I visit.

It’s home.

My Disney Present❤️

On any given week, I grab my (uncharged) MagicBand
and head into one—or more—of the parks.

I’ve completed more four-park challenges than I can count.

I’ve eaten at almost every restaurant on property…
and still have a running list of what’s next.

I’ve ridden almost every ride
and stood in just about every queue—
yes, I even know which ones have bathrooms along the way.

(But I will never ride Tower of Terror.)

I’ve used Lightning Lane—Multi Pass and Single Pass—at every park.

I know the best walking paths,
and where to find the quiet spaces.

I’ve stayed at almost every hotel—
and I definitely have my favorites.

I’ve attended the special events.
Used every form of transportation.
And made friends with cast members along the way.

My favorite character? Figment.

I may not know everything in life—
but I definitely know Disney World.

🌟 Disney’s Theme Parks & Water Parks

Magic Kingdom
Classic Disney magic—castles, fireworks, princesses…
and that feeling of stepping into a storybook.

EPCOT
A blend of innovation and culture.
Think world travel, incredible food, and some of Disney’s best rides.

Hollywood Studios
Movie magic with a little more thrill.
Star Wars, Toy Story, and some of the most exciting rides Disney has created.

Animal Kingdom
Nature, adventure, and breathtaking detail.
A park that feels immersive, peaceful, and quietly beautiful.

Typhoon Lagoon
A laid-back tropical escape—
home to one of the largest wave pools in the world.

Blizzard Beach
A playful “melting ski resort”
with big slides, lazy rivers, and plenty of fun.

Magic Kingdom🏰

Classic attractions like Dumbo…
and fast, heart-pumping rides like TRON.

Walking down Main Street
and seeing Cinderella Castle for the first time—
it really is a moment.

Parades during the day and at night.
Fireworks that feel truly magical.

And then there are the favorites:

My favorite ride—Big Thunder Mountain
(though it’s very hard to choose)

My favorite restaurant—Liberty Tree Tavern

Epcot🌎

There is so much to discover at EPCOT:

It’s made up of four areas—
World Celebration, World Discovery, World Nature, and World Showcase.

It hosts festivals throughout the year…
and every visit feels a little different.

You learn something every time you go.

There’s art everywhere—
in the details, the architecture, the experiences.

And then there are the favorites:

My favorite ride—Figment

My favorite restaurant—Via Napoli Ristorante

My favorite snack—anything from Karamell-Küche
(I have a sweet tooth)

Animal Kingdom

Animal Kingdom has so much to explore and experience:

Breathtaking landscapes—
it’s the most beautiful park.

Animals everywhere.

Quiet walking trails
that let you slow down for a bit.

Broadway-style shows.

Water parades that feel unexpected and special.

And no… it is not a half-day park.

And then there are the favorites:

My favorite ride—(still deciding…)

My favorite restaurant—Satu’li Canteen

My favorite snack—anything from Zuri’s Sweet Shop

Hollywood Studios🎬

Hollywood Studios has so much to offer:

Star Wars Land is incredibly immersive—
it really feels like you’ve stepped into another world.

Thrilling rides…
that I personally will not be going on.

Movie moments brought to life in the best way.

The Christmas decorations here are amazing.

And yes—meeting Olaf is always a must.

It also has some of the best shops across all four parks.

And then there are the favorites:

My favorite ride—Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway

My favorite restaurant—Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant (of course)

My favorite snack—the chocolate-covered strawberry Lunch Box Tart from Woody’s Lunch Box
